Here’s Why You Should NEVER Hold In A Sneeze
At some point or another, we’ve all held in a sneeze before.
Whether you were at the Library, on the phone, in a meeting, or watching a movie, you’ve stopped yourself from sneezing.
Like most people, you probably do not see the harm in holding in a sneeze rather than sneezing.
However, holding your sneeze in is not wise.
Recently, Business Insider conducted an interview with Erich P. Voigt, MD, regarding what happens when an individual holds a sneeze in.
The doctor said preventing your body from sneezing is unhealthy because doing so puts pressure back into your head and can lead to an injury to your eardrum or eyes.
