The daughter of Clifton James has confirmed he has died at the age of 96.
He was most known for his role in two James Bond films, as Louisiana Sheriff J.W. Pepper.

The cause of death has been attributed to complications from diabetes.
He leaves behind five children, two sisters, and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren as well.
