On Monday afternoon (July 14), Garth Brooks revealed his comeback tour will kick off in Chicago. On Tuesday morning, he revealed it begins Sept. 4 at the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Ill., just about 15 miles northwest of downtown Chicago.
