Rice first shared the news in a video posted to his Instagram account.
At the time, he let fans know the injury occurred while filming a new music video for his latest single.
Now, the country star has shared a photo dressed in a hospital gown while sitting in a hospital bed.
The photo was taken during surgery prep.
As usual, Chase was a jokester about the ordeal, saying he was modeling a new stage outfit.
Despite the surgery, we're so glad he's in good spirits.
