Maren Morris took to her socials today to share her thoughts of how much she loves what she does.

Multiple 2019 Grammy nominee Marren Morris didn't win a Grammy on Sunday night, but she's so grateful just the same.

Maren took to instagram to share her thoughts saying, "It never gets old. I have loved the last year of music. Dear Hate, Mona Lisas + The Middle couldn’t have been more different from one another, but that’s what’s up in my brain. Everything... All weirdo sounds & colors. I am so honored to get to do what I do, and I hope I can continue. The most devastating thing you can do to a new artist is box them in. Music is emotional and emotions can’t be compartmentalized. Meeting @dollyparton & @reallindaperry this week reminded me of that. Thank you to the writers, the musicians, my husband, my team, the @recordingacademy + and the fans who made this past year so unique & beautiful for me. Onto the next one."

Morris told People on the Grammy Red carpet about meeting Dolly Parton, “Everything from being a businesswoman to being a songwriter to just being a woman in a man’s industry and [I] just think that she’s paved the way for women like me and other artists who are maybe a little weird.”

Maren performed with Dolly and others on the 61st Annual Grammy Awards on Sunday. She also performed for Dolly at the MusiCares Person of the Year concert on February 8th.
