When Dan + Shay and Kelly Clarkson announced the Billboard Music Award nominations earlier this week, Luke Combs was nominated for four awards including Top Country Artist, Top Country Male Artist, Top Country Album (This One’s For You) and Top Country Song (“She Got The Best Of Me”).

On top of that, his latest single "Beautiful Crazy" remains number one on Billboard’s Country Airplay chart for the sixth-straight week—a milestone not achieved since Thomas’s Rhett’s “Die A Happy Man” in 2016.

It's already been announced that Combs has won the Best New Male Artist at Sunday's (April 7) ACMs (it's one of the awards announced before the broadcast). He will be performing on the show that airs live from Las Vegas.

Meanwhile, “Beautiful Crazy” is Luke's fastest rising single to date (15 weeks) and makes him the first artist ever to send his first five singles to the top of Billboard’s Country Airplay chart.

The Billboard Music Awards will broadcast live on NBC from the MGM Grand’s Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Wednesday, May 1 at 8:00 pm ET/7:00 pm CT.
