Dierks Bentley has added a new dog to his family and it came about on live TV.
While Dierks was appearing on the Today show, Dierks adopted a dog named Goose. He told the Today hosts, "The paperwork is being done like right now I think. I've been texting back and forth with my wife and kids 'cause they really want the dog for her birthday."
Bentley posted on Instagram, "Well.... the last thing I was expecting to happen today. But feel like it was meant to be. Welcome to the family Goose/Garrett (there was some confusion on which of the brothers he was....). That’s a wrap on @todayshow. Thanks....I think?! Off to @petco and then meet up with #burningmantour."
Nancy Brooks has been working in the country music industry for almost 30 years. She has interviewed pretty much any country star you can think of. In the late 1990s, she started working with Dolly Parton. And yes, Nancy reports that Parton is as sweet as you would think.
