Lauren Alaina escaped elimination on her second week of ABC's Dancing With The Stars. When asked if she knew how to dance before going on the show, she replied, “Heck no! I had no idea. I’ve never danced in my whole life. I’m not sure I would call myself a good dancer, but I’m getting better.”

She said, “Well, we practiced every day pretty much for like five hours a day. Just like when I’m not at the studio, I’ll literally wake up in the night, and I’m going through the dance moves in my head. It’s all I think about it. All I think about is dancing and songwriting ideas. So, that’s my life right now, counting to eight and trying to come up with songs.” (laughs)

Alaina posted to Instagram on Tuesday after the show aired, "I’m pretty 'Confident' nothing is impasodoble [sic] after that performance. @dancingabc @glebsavchenkoofficial thank you everyone for your votes! Can’t wait for next week."

Dancing With The Stars airs Mondays on ABC.
