Miranda Lambert has a place she goes when her life gets a little crazy and she needs to be alone. She calls it "The UK."

Miranda told us, “I'm pretty simple when you break it down. Like pick a country tune and ride a pony. When I'm not on the road, I just disappear. I call it 'The UK.' Just say I'm busy. I'm in 'The UK' 'cause it's the unicorn kingdom and I just go out to my farm and I won’t wear makeup for three days and sit around a fire.”

She continues, “I think people that don't have a space in the woods, you don't take the time, don't realize how incredible it is for your soul to just be with animals and they don't expect anything from you and be in nature. It is where I find my centering my peace. So yeah, it's very important to me.”

Lambert posted to Instagram last night (11/3) about her new Wildcard album, “I approached this record with the same confidence and hunger that I had for Kerosene. It feels full circle to me...back to the root of everything. Listen to #Wildcard now on @amazonmusic.”
