Riley Green is thrilled that he was chosen as one of Jason Aldean’s opening acts on his "We Back Tour," which kicked off earlier this month.

According to Green, his teenage self would probably be blown away by this development in his career. He told us, “One of my favorite concerts I went to I was probably around 16 or 17 and it was Jason Aldean, Luke Bryan and Thompson Square. Yeah, I’m a huge fan of Jason Aldean and it doesn’t get much bigger than him in country music, so it’s a pretty crazy thing to think I’ll be out on the road with him.”

Aldean's "We Back Tour" has already played a couple of weekends, and Riley will continue on the tour through mid-March playing his number one song “There Was This Girl,” and his current top 15 single, “I Wish Grandpas Never Died.”

Riley posted to Instagram just last night (2/18), "We do things a little Different Round Here. #countrymusic #differentroundhere #weback."

In the late 1990s, she started working with Dolly Parton. And yes, Nancy reports that Parton is as sweet as you would think. She loves her life in country music and has been backstage at every CMA Awards show since the late 1990s. Many of her stories are from her one-on-one interviews. She was there at the beginning of the incredible careers of many music superstars today, including Taylor Swift, Shania Twain, and Blake Shelton, and has interviewed them multiple times throughout the years.
