After Rodeo Houston just canceled the last ten days worth of shows, and the Stagecoach festival has postponed to the fall over the COVID-19 scare around the country, the CMA issued a statement saying that their June 4-7 CMA fest, where country music fans come from all over the world, will go on as planned at this time.

They posted a statement to Instagram saying in part, "CMA is first and foremost committed to the health and safety of our fans, artists and community. We are continuing to closely monitor the latest updates from health organizations and local and national authorities regarding the status of the outbreak."

They continued, "As of today, CMA Fest will proceed as scheduled June 4-7 in Nashville. We are taking appropriate steps to ensure festival grounds will be safe and comfortable for all attendees, including enhanced sanitation protocols and hygiene standards."
