WATCH: Costco Refuses Service To Shopper Without Mask [WARNING: NSFW LANGUAGE]
With businesses beginning to reopen after the COVID-19 shutdown, many places are now requiring customers to wear a face mask upon entering.
Some say that the requirement of masks is infringing on their rights, while others accept the mask policies as a way to protect themselves and others from germs.
Earlier this month, Costco issued a statement outlining their response to the pandemic, as well as amended operations & policies. Part of that response included requiring all shoppers and employees to wear face masks, and to practice social distancing of at least six feet.

The hashtag #IStandWithTison (the Costco employee in the video) is now trending on Twitter and Instagram, with followers saying that Costco has the freedom to set a policy requiring masks—and the disgruntled shopper has the freedom to shop elsewhere if he disagrees with Costco’s policy.
