Kelsea Ballerini's Big Week - Gallery

Kelsea Ballerini has had a big week with the release of her album Ballerini, which is songs redone with new emotions from her Kelsea album released in February 2020. Today (9/12) is her 27th birthday.

Kelsea posted to her Instagram, yesterday (9/11) when the new album came out, "IT’S OUT // exhaling in blissful contentment that this album’s journey now feels complete. and also like it’s just starting. so grateful for those of you who championed ‘kelsea’ these last few months, and grateful for those of you that will discover these songs for the first time or differently now through ‘ballerini’. this project has been my silver lining these last few months- it’s kept my creativity alive and my heart so happy. I hope you hear it, I hope you love it like I loved making it."

Nancy Brooks has been working in the country music industry for almost 30 years. She has interviewed pretty much any country star you can think of. In the late 1990s, she started working with Dolly Parton. And yes, Nancy reports that Parton is as sweet as you would think. She loves her life in country music and has been backstage at every CMA Awards show since the late 1990s. Many of her stories are from her one-on-one interviews. She was there at the beginning of the incredible careers of many music superstars today, including Taylor Swift, Shania Twain, and Blake Shelton, and has interviewed them multiple times throughout the years.
