Luke said, "I wrote 'Better Together' in the mountains of North Carolina about two and a half years ago maybe. We started it there. I put a little clip of it on my Instagram maybe two years ago. People have always loved it."
He added, "We ended up recording it and going with kind of a very stripped down production of just me and a piano and I couldn't be happier with the way it turned out."
Combs will release the deluxe version of his award winning album What You See Is What You Get on October 23rd featuring five new songs.
