Tyler Hubbard and Brian Kelley of Florida Georgia Line have teamed up with Monarch Media to create an original country movie musical that will see the duo creating both original music and reimagining country classics.

While the plot of the movie is under wraps, it is being described as as a "classic movie musical with contemporary sensibilities."

Hubbard and Kelley will executive produce along with Monarch's Vicky Patel.

The guys said in a press release, “We are so excited to bring a wholly original country musical to the big screen for the very first time. In T.K. McKamy and the team at Monarch Media, we’ve found the perfect partners that will help us bring the emotion and storytelling of country music to the movies for the most passionate music fans in the world to enjoy.”

The duo will also take part in the CMA Country Christmas airing on ABC on November 30th. They posted to Instagram, "Time to break out the ugly sweaters! Tune into #CMAchristmas on November 30th at 9|8c on ABC."
