Carrie Underwood hasn't been away from home much in 2020 due to COVID-19, but when she does go out, she says that doesn't get recognized at all.

Carrie told us, "I went to the grocery store right before Thanksgiving when I felt like it was going to be kind of busy, you know, with like a hoodie on and a mask. Nobody said boo. Also right before Thanksgiving, my friend and I went to the mall. I wore like a ball cap and my mask and nobody said boo."

She added, "So it was one of those things, you know, like mom doing Christmas shopping, which it is always nice when people say hi, but, I could get everything done and that was really nice as well."

Underwood did add that's she's not a big fan of wearing the mask for comfort reasons, saying, "I'm like, how do you people do this all day long? Our health care workers that literally had those thick ones on all day long. Props to you. I don't know how you do it."

Carrie doesn't have to don a mask much though. "I don't go anywhere and any time I do go somewhere and I put a mask on. I just stay home."
