Thomas Rhett and his cousin, pecan magnate Jeff Worn, recently announced their new tequila brand, Dos Primos, which is Spanish for “Two Cousins."

Thomas Rhett explained, “Our decision to create a new tequila brand grew out of just loving being with family. Jeff and I wanted to create a tequila that was expertly crafted and could be enjoyed year-round – regardless of the season or activity – with the people we care about most. Dos Primos is all about who we are and what’s important to us.”

He added, “My wife and I love to enjoy tequila together and I’m excited for people to share a bottle with friends, sip it around a bonfire or enjoy it on a fishing trip, tailgate or concert. Dos Primos is about unwinding and enjoying the people and things that really matter in life.”

Rhett posted to Instagram, "Extremely excited to share our new tequila @dosprimostequila, Spanish for “Two Cousins,” with y’all! This tequila is something @wornjeff and I have been working on for almost 3 years now with fourth-generation distillers who hand-crafted a Mexican tradition inspired by our southern roots. Beyond proud of how it turned out. We can’t wait for y’all to try it and hear what you think."
