A local man decided that holiday cheer shouldn't be limited to Christmas. John Jarman's extravagant Christmas light display was a big hit over the holidays - and still is!

In a post on the CSRA Christmas Light Display Facebook page, Jarman shares that he's leaving the display up indefinitely. "If anyone wants, or needs a break from the news, Facebook, or just a bad day, [they'll] still be up."

Although most people have packed their decorations away for the year, many are happy to see Jarman leaving his up. "We definitely still need as much positive anything," one person commented on his Facebook post.

John was featured on WJBF News Channel 6 earlier this week. "I just want people to have their fill of it because after last year, I think everybody deserves a little bit of happy," he told WJBF.

The light display is located at 427 Warren Road, from 5:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m. each evening.
