Dolly Parton, Lily Tomlin and Jane Fonda will finally reunite on the screen as Dolly will be making an appearance on Netflix's Grace And Frankie which stars Fonda and Tomlin.

Dolly confirmed the news on Thursday (2/11) on the UK show Lorraine. She said, "I've been trying to do Grace and Frankie for years. We worked so well together on 9 to 5, it's a crazy wonderful show."

She added of her appearance on the Netflix series, "We've been trying to write me in somehow. So when it's safe for us to actually do a production when they're back, I'll probably get around to doing that."

Tomlin recently opened up about the prospect of collaborating with Parton once again, telling Today, "We're always hoping that will happen. We have a great role for her this time, I think she will do it. I'm just hoping she will."

Lily added, "She's extremely busy, she's always writing books or writing songs ... she's phenomenal." Tomlin also said that Parton's role might be remote.

Grace and Frankie's final and seventh season has been delayed due to the coronavirus pandemic. They are expected to resume production in June.
