Keith Urban will host the ACM Awards for the second time next month, and this year, he's got a co-host. The show will take place in Nashville on April 18, 2021. The ACM posted a video of Urban asking Mickey Guyton to co-host with him.

Mickey said on the call after Urban asked about how motherhood is, "Motherhood is the greatest thing I've ever done I mean, nothing else matters. I mean I'm on the phone with you but nothing else matters."

Keith then asks her to co-host the ACM with him and she says "I'm trying to be really calm right now and professional, but yes. yes, I would love to."

The ACM posted the video to Twitter saying, "The #ACMawards are calling! Raise your hand if you're excited to see @KeithUrban and @MickeyGuyton take the stage as hosts at the 56th #ACMawards on Sunday, April 18th! It's going to be an amazing show. Catch it LIVE on @CBS."

Urban said in a press release, “I’m beyond thrilled to be co-hosting with my friend Mickey, I love that finally everyone will get to see her infectious energy and uber creative spirit in full light.”

Guyton said, “Last year I had the opportunity to perform at the Academy of Country Music Awards with someone I long admired, Keith Urban, and this year I am incredibly excited to share hosting duties with him.As I’ve said before ‘if you can see it, you can be it,’ and it’s such an honor to step onto the ACM stage as the first ever Black woman to host the show."
