Not long after every celebrity couple gets married, the rumor mill starts, and speculation from "sources" saying that the celebs are yearning for babies. This is certainly true of Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani.

Gwen already has three boys with her first husband Gavin Rossdale and Blake is seen in many social posts by the couple as the perfect stepdad, but many online sources are saying the couple wants a baby of their own.

Over their six-year relationship, the baby rumors have been just as common as the wedding rumors. Shelton doesn’t have any kids of his own and the most popular claim is that the couple wanted to have a baby girl of their own.

The rumors have gone so far as to suggest that Stefani has gone through IVF treatments to help her and Shelton conceive. Others claimed to have spotted a baby bump on the singer. But, none of those reports have turned out to be true.

At present, nothing has been confirmed about the happy couple expanding their family. As Gwen posted on Father's Day 2021, Blake fits the role of dad to her sons quite well.

She posted to Instagram in June, "happy father's day to the most generous patient-loving funny guy I know - we love u so much @blakeshelton gx."
