The divorce saga of Sam Hunt and his (maybe) soon-to-be former wife Hannah Fowler continues as gossip site TMZ reports that it turns out the reason Hannah withdrew her divorce petition so quickly was that she apparently filed legal docs in the wrong county, so she refiled the case in a nearby county in the Nashville area.

Fowler had filed legal docs Friday (2/18) to end her marriage to Hunt, not only citing infidelity but revealing she was pregnant and wanted primary custody of their child due in May.

But then she filed a document the very same day withdrawing the divorce case but reserved the right to file again in the future. While this gave the impression that she changed her mind about wanting a divorce, it turns out it was just a matter of filing the right paperwork in the right place.
