It's a fun one today.  Did you know that today is National Ice Cream Cake Day?  Now below is a recipe that I think I can even make.  Lets just be upfront with each other now, it might not look this good, but I bet you it will taste good.   Who am I kidding, I'm going to buy myself one.   LOL,   I'll save this one for the weekend!
