Morgan Wallen is one of the biggest stars in music today, not just country music but all genres, but when I read stories like this it makes me see that he's still a pretty normal guy. I read this story on Whiskey Riff about a 13 year old kid named Brevin and he had been going through a bunch of issues. Brevin's mom reached out to a country station in Louisiana and got in touch with Morgan via email. When Morgan read the email he sent Brevin some merch and also a note. It didn't end there though, Morgan was doing a show in Alabama and got to meet Brevin and his mom and spend some time with them. This is what I love about the country music format and country artists. They're so accessible and so down to earth when it comes to their fans. Brevin knew Morgan Wallen had gone through stuff and Morgan knew Brevin had been through stuff as well and they could share those things with each other. I'm so glad that Morgan was able to overcome his issues and rise above it and be an inspiration to people of all ages.
