A dream come true! A young man and a giant hot dog!
86 years ago today, the Oscar Mayer Wienermobile was invented! Happy Birthday to the Wienermobile! I was lucky enough to have an interaction with the Oscar Mayer Wienermobile back in the fall of 2019. I was sitting at my desk here at the radio station when my phone rang, it was my buddy Sean and he was very upset with me. I asked him why he was so mad, and he said because I didn't tell him the Oscar Mayer Wienermobile was at the radio station. I told him I had no idea! I ran up to the front of the station and there it was in all its glory! The Oscar Mayer Wienermobile! I was like a kid on Christmas morning! My friend Sean pulled a U-Turn and pulled up in the parking lot. We took pictures with the Oscar Mayer Wienermobile, we even got Oscar Mayer wienie whistles! It was an awesome morning, and a great memory to share on the Oscar Mayer Wienermobile's birthday.
