Radio and TV towers have to have lights on them to make sure planes can see them at night and the bulb at the very top can be up to one thousand feet in the sky. The only way to change it is to hire someone to strap the bulb on their side and start climbing and as you can imagine, you have to pay big bucks to have this done. Check it out!
