Miranda Lambert says her new radio single "Strange" is the perfect song for right now as the world is tense with bad news.
Miranda said, "'Strange' is permission to just let go for a sec. We were really wanting the chorus to lift – literally and emotionally – and go into a happy place. It's such a song for the time that we're in right now, but it doesn't feel like it won't matter in 10 years, either."
The song, in part, "Have a smoke, buy a round / Get on a jetliner going anywhere bound / Pick a string, sing the blues / Dance a hole in your shoes / Do anything to keep you sane / 'Cause times like these make me feel strange."
