McDonald’s Brings Back Menu Item After More Than 30 Years
A lot of fast food chains tease us by taking away menu items . . . and making others only available for a “limited time” . . . for hype and publicity. But THIS was unexpected. McDonald’s brings back a menu item after more than 30 YEARS, which sounds exciting . . . except that it’s a cheese Danish. (???)
They’re being described as “a flaky pastry, filled with sweet cream cheese and topped with a buttery streusel and light vanilla drizzle.”
McDonald’s says it’s a “fresh take” on a similar pastry they had back in the ’80s, so it isn’t EXACTLY the same.
The cheese Danish will be available at select locations starting NEXT Wednesday. But don’t get hooked, because McDonald’s says it’s just a “limited time” thing. Which means you might not see them again until 2050.
