Which fast food restaurant has the best drive thru? This is pretty important information to have right? I'm going to assume we all go to at least one drive thru during the week. When you go to the drive thru, you want a few things to happen right? You want it to be quick, and you want your food to be right. Well CNN answered the question, which fast food restaurant has the best drive thru?

There was a data analysis company that used "mystery shoppers" to get the info. The mystery shoppers went to ten different fast food chains and over 1500 locations of those chains across the country. Here are the fast food chains they looked at. Arby's, Burger King, Carl's Jr, Chick-fil-A,  Dunkin, Hardee's, KFC, McDonald's, Taco Bell and Wendy's.

The five fastest drive thru's rank like this. KFC . . . Taco Bell . . . Hardee's . . . Dunkin . . . and Carl's Jr. Now I know what you're thinking, where the heck is Chik-fil-A? Chick-fil-A was #1 last year, but they were DEAD LAST this year. On average, Chick-fil-A had the most cars in line, but they weren't last just because of long lines.  They measured lane wait time AND at-the-window service time, and Chick-fil-A was the slowest for both. I don't know how much I agree with this study, I've never had a bad experience at Chik-fil-A.

As far as accuracy goes, Arby's and McDonald's TIED for first in order accuracy this year, followed by Burger King, Carl's Jr and Hardee's.
