My Favorite Wing Recipe
I love wings! People at work laugh at me because I eat wings every Saturday night. I love sitting on the back porch, watch some college football with a fire and usually a cold one. I thought I would share my wing recipe with you. It’s simple, but does take about two hours or so for them to cook.
First, I season the wings with my favorite seasoning which is Heffer Dust
I preheat my grill, which is a Recteq to 225.
Put the wings on and smoke for two hours, flipping halfway through.
After two hours, I take them off and turn the grill up to 425.
While the grill is getting to temp, I put Frank’s Red Hot Sauce on them, then back on the grill at 425 for 20 minutes.
Perfect every time!
Enjoy!
