A Fort Myers Benefit Concert is planned for Monday, October 17th in Nashville. Guitar Pull Star Walker Hayes has been confirmed for the show along with Jay Allen, who is currently competing on season 22 of NBC’s The Voice, and his fiancée fellow singer Kylie Morgan.  The concert is going to be at Dierks Bentley's Whiskey Row  in Nashville.

Artists Stepping Up To Help

“Fort Myers Benefit Concert,” the 21+ event will take place on the second floor of Dierks's bar and will also include Ashley Cooke, Meghan Linsey, Julia Cole, Lance Carpenter, and more. More artists may sign up to perform and the event has already sold out, but hope to have some tickets available at the door night of the event.

Devastation

As you know by now, Fort Myers was devastated and will take a long time to rebuild. Ian battered the barrier island with a 12-foot storm surge and winds near 150 miles per hour. They certainly can use the help.

Country Stars Always Ready To Help

Country music stars have always stepped up when disaster hits, wherever it is. That's what makes country music so special. Garth Brooks and many more helped out during the floods in Nashville in 2010. Willie's Farm Aid has also raised millions of dollars for farmers in America.

In September 2021, the late Loretta Lynn asked fellow artists to help with the floods in Humphreys Country where Loretta Lynn's Ranch is located. When Loretta picked up the phone, you said yes and many artists agreed to do the benefit at The Ryman. The list included Garth Brooks, Trisha Yearwood, Luke Bryan, and Luke Combs. Loretta also lost her ranch foreman, Wayne Spears in the flooding.
