Want to know how to sleep like a baby every night? Of course you do! As adults we very rarely get the proper amount of sleep. Well now if we take some helpful tips from babies themselves, we can sleep just like them. As a new dad, I look at my baby girl, and when she actually sleeps, she sleeps great. I'm not going to lie I get a little jealous. However, I don't have to be jealous anymore, now I can sleep just as hard as she does. Well maybe, lets see what they say about it.

According to Popular Science before we turn to sleep apps, or books about how to sleep better, we need to look at babies and toddlers. I know that seems like a strange source to look for inspiration, but apparently it is. When you look at the article, and the list of things to do, it's easy for toddlers and babies to do, but for adults, it gets more difficult.

Set a consistent bedtime is one of the things they recommend. I try to do this every night, sometimes I'm successful, sometimes I'm not. Another thing the article says is take a bath, it relaxes you before bed. Putting on lotion and doing something quiet before bed is also recommended. Again these are all easy for toddlers, because they have us, their parents to do these things for them. What happens when the parents need sleep?

I'll take the tips and try to apply them to my life, hopefully you can too. Better sleep for every one!

Now if you're a parent and you're dealing with a crying baby, here's a secret to hopefully stop them from crying, and get you more sleep. Click here for the secret.
