On Veteran's Day, Luke Bryan felt extra charitable and decided to give away his 2021 GMC Sierra truck. Luke's team posted the news on his Instagram account that day (11/11).
Bryan's team also included a video of his friends, including Jason Aldean, Peyton Manning, and more, talking about how good of a guy he is. Jason said, "Luke and I have been friends for a long time, and he is one of the most selfless people I have ever seen." Peyton says, "I thought you were a good guy before turns out you're even a better guy." They captioned the post, "On this Veteran's Day, honoring those who serve us and giving back…by giving my Truck away! Link in bio. #LukeGivesBack #Giving #Thankful #E3Ranch #E3Foundation #CountryOn #VeteransDay."
Luke's mom responded to the post, "THAT'S MY BOY. GOOD SON THAT CARES DEEPLY."
The giveaway runs through December 27, 2022, and has its own website giving details about the proceeds benefiting the E3 Ranch Foundation, whose mission is to help those in need, focused on serving our combat veterans, fight against human trafficking and support those in crisis. The site says, "Your donation will go a long way! Enter today for an opportunity for Luke to hand over the keys to his Truck and additional prizes to be added."
The truck and all the prize drawings will take place on Wednesday, January 4, 2023, at 12 PM EST. The winner will be notified soon after the drawing, and truck delivery details will be arranged.
The website also gave details about Bryan's Truck, saying, "This 2021 GMC Sierra 1500 AT4 features fab fours bumpers, rugged ridge winch, amp steps, Retrax remote bed cover, Katzkins seats, super lift suspension with Fox shocks, fuel wheels, Toyo tires, and rigid light bar."
You can see how it was all done in this episode of Buck Commander.
