Aah... the weekend is near! No boss, no meetings, and no alarm. Just you and some fun things to do to destress and enjoy some Fun Things To Do In Augusta Area This Weekend. Let's get to it...

Lights Of The South

This will get you into the Christmas spirit! Fun for the entire family. Check out more here!

Greeneway

It's always a good time to take a walk. It will make you forget about the work week, and some quality "live in the moment" time. I recommend getting the KICKS 99 App to make your walk even more enjoyable and you could win $1000, too! The Greeneway is located in North Augusta. Here's some more info!

Evans On Ice

This is another great event that happens in Evans during the Christmas season. An ice skating rink, train rides, roast some marshmallows, movies in the park, and more. Find out more about this holiday magic here!

The Alley

I love hanging out in the Alley in Aiken on a sunny Saturday. Plenty of great restaurants for an outside lunch and people-watching. It's a great town. Have you been lately? By the way, the Aiken Christmas parade is this Sunday at 2! Here's some more info on Aiken fun.

Everyone Loves A Parade!

North Augusta is having their Christmas parade this Sunday at 3. Look for KICKS 99 and, of course, one of our best listeners... Santa!

Also, as I mentioned above, Aiken's parade is this Sunday at 2. More holiday events here!

Happy Weekend, y'all!

Tee has worked with KICKS 99 for over 24 years as Operations Manager and Program Director and is on-air each afternoon 3p-7p. When he’s not working, you’ll find him traveling the back roads, taking pictures, and searching for the next dive diner. Favorite place to visit? That’s easy. Folly Beach, SC. He’s usually there at least a few times a year. He lives in North Augusta and on Saturdays in the fall, you’ll find him cooking out and watching his Clemson Tigers. Tee likes to write about travel, Augusta local dive bars and diners and destinations in the Carolinas, as well as new business.
