The Weirdest Food Combos Of 2022
We’ve talked about weird food combos on the show before, and these are the weirdest food combos of 2022. The folks at Uber Eats released this list of things actual people have actually ordered. I wonder if y’all would try any of these? Some of them I like separately, but I don’t know how I feel about them together.
Let me give you an example, Fruit Rollups and Hot Cheetos. I mean don’t get me wrong I do love Cheetos, the regular ones though, I’m not a huge fan of the hot ones. And of course I love a Fruit Rollup, that shouldn’t surprise anyone. But together? Are they wrapping the Hot Cheetos in the Fruit Rollup? I would try it, once.
How about this one, Pizza and Applesauce. Once again I love both of these food separately, but together? I don’t think I could get down with that. Do you put the applesauce on the pizza? If you do then don’t sit there and try to tell me that pineapple doesn’t belong on pizza. Would I try this one? I’m not sure, ok yeah maybe so. Just once though.
I’ll give you one more, sushi and ranch. Once again, two foods I love on their own, but together, I just don’t know. I have heard that if something tastes bad just dip it in ranch, but sushi? Eel sauce, teriyaki, white sauce, those are all acceptable, but ranch? Maybe someone was new to the sushi game and thought the white sauce they always see is ranch? Maybe this was a mistake? I sure hope so.
