Is this dog talking? It definitely sounds like it to me. There is a girl on TikTok, and she's doing an outfit check. She's checking herself out in the mirror, and then her dog comes walking up. He kind of looks at her and it sounds like he asks her a question. The internet is saying that it sounds like the dog is asking, "where you going?"

Here's the video, y'all decide for yourself. Is this dog talking?

I mean, it definitely sounds like the dog asked "where you going?". I know you could also make the argument that the dog just make some random sounds, and we're all hearing what we want to hear. Well maybe that is the case, but it's way more fun to think that this dog actually asked a question.

Our dogs can definitely understand us. My dogs know certain words. "Dinner", "Outside", "Walk" they all get a reaction from our dogs Bo and Lola. Lola will even talk back to you when she's feeling sassy. Ok it's not really talking, but its this half exhale, half sneeze, half huff thing she does. When she does it, I say she's talking back.

I think there are a lot of dogs out there who can sound like they're talking. Check out more videos of dogs saying words.
