Whats On Dub’s Playlist- Gin Blossoms
Whats on Dub’s Playlist this week? We’re going back to the 90s with The Gin Blossoms. I was a product of the 90s, and I’ve always been a huge fan of 90s rock music. It just makes you feel good. For some reason, 90s rock will never get old. I could literally listen to it every day and never get sick of it. I guess it just takes me back to my childhood, and thats why I love it.
I’ve always been a big fan of bands like Hootie And The Blowfish, Collective Soul, Matchbox Twenty and so on. And The Gin Blossoms fall right in line with those other bands. That music takes me back to elementary and middle school. Back when I would watch MTV and VH1 while I was getting ready for school, and they actually played music videos!
Those bands had songs in all of my favorite movies and TV shows back in the day. I know I’m going to sound like an old man here, but they just don’t make music like that anymore. 90s nostalgia is so big right now. They’re rebooting all of the 90s TV show and movies. 90s fashion is coming back in style. I think its because things were just cooler in the 90s.
So I’m going to hit you with some 90s nostalgia this week!
