Daylight Saving Time begins on Sunday, March 12, 2023, at 2:00 AM.

I love this time of the year because, beginning Sunday, I have more sunlight when I get off work. It seems more people get active in the late afternoon because it’s warming up, and we get that extra hour. Lose An Hour Of Sleep, Gain Another Hour Of daylight.

Now, the hard part. We lose an hour of sleep on Saturday night, and it takes a while for us to adjust. Some experts say going to bed earlier on Saturday night may make it easier. As always, do the exact opposite of what I do. If you wake up at 3 AM, don’t check your phone and get lost in TikTok or Facebook.
