What are the top words we can't remember how to spell here in the CSRA? Listen, its happened to all of us at some point. Theres a word that you've written a thousand times, however it just doesn't look right. You have to go back and check yourself and make sure its right. I know that I've done it a bunch and its always with the same words.

For me its receive and premiere. I guess its the whole I and E thing that still messes me up. Well thankfully I'm not alone. Google Trends came up with a list of words that each state has a hard time remembering how to spell. So what are the ones we struggle with here in Georgia and South Carolina? We'll get to those in just a minute.

First lets take a look at some of the words our neighboring states have a hard time remembering how to spell.

  • Tennessee has a hard time spelling "sugar"
  • Florida can't remember how to spell "vicious"
  • Alabama struggles with spelling the word "daughter"
  • North Carolina just can't seem to remember how to spell "awesome"

So now lets see the words we can't remember how to spell here in the CSRA. For Georgia its "queen", and for South Carolina its "government". I guess for queen, people must put just one E maybe? And as far as government, people probably forget the N. At least those are the first things that come to mind for me.
