Kicks Wake Up Krew 2025 predictions

It’s your Kicks Wake Up Krew with Dub & Cody!

I'm doing The Big Run 5K next week! Yes, its true I'm running in my first 5K. I'm not backing out, its happening. How did I get myself into this? Why am I choosing now to run my first 5K? I guess my big mouth wrote a check I'm hoping my you know what can cash next week.

As I'm sure y'all know by now Cody is a runner. She runs all of the time. Cody has done countless 5Ks and half marathons and all of that stuff. Me on the other hand, I've never really done that before. Now I have done the Marine Mud Challenge out at Fort Gordon before, actually I've done that one four different times.

I feel like if I can do that, then I can do a 5K. The Marine Mud Challenge was running, but there were also a lot of obstacles too. The Big Run 5K is just going to be running, but running over 3 miles. I know I can do this, and so can you! If you'd like to join Cody and I, its not too late to sign up, and we're going to be helping a great local cause at the same time, The RECing Crew.

If you'd like to sign up and run the 5K with us and learn more about The RECing Crew, just click here for more info.
