Downtown Augusta Mural For Your Dogs

I've got a new place in downtown Augusta that I need to check out with the dogs!  I just saw this on Facebook and can't wait to check it out.  There is a downtown Augusta mural for your dogs! Check it out!  How adorable is this?!

If you do happen to take your dog down to this new mural... PLEASE make sure I get to see the pictures.  Because, let's be honest, you can NEVER see too many adorable dog photos!

The new downtown Augusta mural can be found at 1289 Broad Street on the Jones Street entrance side!

This mural is part of the Beautify Augusta initiative. On their Facebook page, they say, "Beautifying Augusta through public displays of artwork from local artists..."

Where would Augusta spend $10,000 in one day? We all have an answer to that question. All of us love to fantasize about spending money we'd like to have. This morning we put the scenario out that you have to spend $10,000 in one place all at once. Where would that place be?

I can imagine that would probably be harder than you'd think it would be. $10,000 is a good amount of money, and spending it all in one place might take some work. Unless of course you go and buy something really big, which is what some people said they would do with the money.

Cody said that she would spend her $10,000 at Ulta. I'd have to imagine you'd be able to buy up half of the store with that kind of money. For me, I would spend all of my $10,00o at Dick's Sporting Goods or PGA Tour Superstore. All of my money would go to golf stuff, it doesn't necessarily have to be one specific place. All of my money would go to buying golf stuff for sure.

As we typically do, this list was made from your phone calls and Facebook comments. The answers were kind of all over the place. Its really interesting to see where people would blow a large sum of money at one time.

Another category that got a lot of comments was home improvement. Whether it was Home Depot or Lowes, a lot of y'all said you could drop $10,000 on projects around the house.

There's going to be a lot of packages showing up to y'all's houses. A bunch of you said between places like Amazon and Wayfair, you'd spend all of your $10,000 shopping online.

Like me, a lot of you said that you would spend your $10,000 on outdoor stuff place places like Academy, Bass Pro Shops and Dicks Sporting Goods.
