Not too long ago, North Augusta got a rage room, and now there's another new fun experience in the area.  It's called "The Splatter Place." It's located at 614 East Martintown Road.  The official grand opening was July 6th.

According to their website, The Splatter Place is an event space where you can create "splatter painting art, release energy, and have fun throwing paint in a safe environment."

The Splatter Place Sessions

You can book a session or a party.  Each person gets safety goggles, a choice of canvas, a paintbrush, a paint bomb, and paint.  The sessions are 25 minutes.

Additional gear is available for purchase, including plastic ponchos, hair and shoe protections, and t-shirts.

Each large splatter room can accommodate up to 10 people. And the smaller rooms can hold a maximum of 5 people.

Hours

They are open Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m.  And they're open Fridays and Saturdays from 2 p.m. to 11:45 p.m. Once school is back in session, they will be closed on Wednesdays.

Things To Know

Their website has a whole list of things to know before you go.  One of the biggest? This is a messy enviroment!  It's art.  Wear clothing you don't mind getting paint on, including your shoes!
