However, the craziest thing is, Oliver Anthony doesn't really want to be famous. He's stated publicly in interviews that he doesn't want a huge bus and tractor trailers and a big tour. Oliver Anthony doesn't want to be a superstar. In fact he's turned down an $8 million dollar offer to sign with a major record label.
Oliver Anthony says that he wants to put out music to help people. He says that he wants his music to bring people together instead of dividing them. I love the fact that a man can release a song on his own and have it blow up like this. What it says to me is, if the song is good and people can relate to it, they'll find it.
