Georgia Has One Of The Best Ramen Restaurants In The Country
In a recent feature by the Toast that highlights the best places for Ramen in the country, a restaurant with multiple locations in Georgia was named. Though ramen has many traditional components, some establishments are expanding how the bowl of noodles is cooked.
“Chefs are putting their spin on it, creating their own mash-up versions with everything from coconut curry broth to toppings like matzo balls or cheese,” The Food Network explains. As a result, some unique ramen concoctions are popping up in restaurants all over the country.
Presently, it is fair to say there are ramen options for everyone. Both vegetarians and those that prefer a bowl with a hearty protein, are sure to find something enjoyable. Furthermore, certain ramen specialty restaurants even allow you to build your own bowl. Regardless, one item that is imperative to amazing ramen is the noodles. The Georgia restaurant that was recognized for serving some of the best ramen in the country has seven locations in the state. They are well-known for their handmade noodles and flavorful broth.
JINYA Ramen Bar
“JINYA is known for its slow-cooked approach to ramen, made from broths simmered for 20 hours in-house,” JINYA says. The seven location options are scattered around northern Georgia (Alpharetta, Athens, Buckhead, Buford, Duluth, Poncey Highland, Sandy Springs).
“They are a bit obsessed with perfecting their noodles and broth: they only use FUJI water to prepare their broth because it is 99.9% free of impurities, and their noodles undergo a specialized aging process before being cooked and served,” Toast explains.
Your menu options are pretty diverse here as well. In addition to the 13 ramen options, there are rice bowls, small plates, and mini tacos. Furthermore, JINYA offers an impressive craft beer selection to pair with your meal.
JINYA is continuing to grow as well. They offer the opportunity to franchise, however, there are only a few markets remaining that don’t have a JINYA.
Georgia Destination Named A Best Tiny House Hotel
A recent report by Shermans Travel detailed the 10 best Tiny House hotels in America, and a Georgia destination made the list. “Tiny homes are one of the hottest residential design trends right now,” they explain.
In addition, Realtor.com published a story last year that gave readers a glimpse of what exactly is going on with the Tiny House trend in America. But what is a Tiny House? Typically, they are 100 to 400 square feet. Many of them (though not a requirement) are situated in quieter areas. It is very common to find tiny home communities tucked within nature, in a peaceful and serene setting.
Other common attributes include creative ways to establish storage space and loft beds. They are often energy-efficient simply due to the smaller footprint requiring less utility power.
“If you’re considering the tiny-home lifestyle, take it for a test drive before you hire a builder and go all-in,” Realtor explained. That is another reason why having such Tiny House hotel options is helpful. It gives those who are interested a chance to try it out.
Live A Little Chatt – Rising Fawn, Georgia
Located just 30 miles outside Chattanooga, Live A Little Chatt has three Tiny Houses on the property to stay at. “It’s evident that each was built with love and intention,” Shermans Travel explains. The Old Blue Chair house accommodates up to five guests, while the Shangri-Little and Wandering Gypsy can sleep three people.
Visitors to Rising Fawn Georgia are in close proximity to Cloudland Canyon State Park. That’s where you will find hiking trails and two waterfalls. However, there is also nothing wrong with staying on the hotel grounds to embrace the simple environment around you to unwind fully.
Each of the three options at this Georgia destination that was named in the list of best Tiny House hotels is uniquely different from each other. “We strive to give you the place to find your bliss and live deliberately.” Live A Little Chatt says.
