A local ice cream shop is up for sale in Augusta, Georgia. Frosty Rolls Ice Cream is a rolled ice cream shop located in Martinez. The owner, Anthony Gist, is selling the business for $50,000. The lease is $1150 a month.

The next owner has free range on doing their own concept and bringing in their own recipes. The operator can even add on smoothies and boba.

A few years ago rolled ice cream became a popular trend all over social media and everyone was after it! Now the whole shop could be yours.

I have just one simple question for you.  What's Better Than Homemade Ice Cream?  This time of the year that answer is really simple.  NOTHING.  In the heat of the summer, nothing beats ice cream.
