Back in August, Cody told us about Kellogg’s Brunch In A Jar. Well, it looked very interesting. It looked like something I wanted to try. Now, the Kellogg’s Brunch In A Jar reviews are here.
The Kellogg Company, yes, the same people who brought you the frozen waffle brand Eggo, has teamed up with Sugarland’s Distilling Company for a new “brunch in a jar.” So, now I hope you are intrigued as much as I was. This was something I had to try. I called my friend Jack Nordean at One Eyed Jacks in Hephzibah and he ordered it for me.
My birthday was on September 2nd, which just happened to be the opening day of the college football season. That felt like the perfect time to pull out “Brunch In A Jar” and give it a try. My review, I liked it. It was very sweet, but you couldn’t help but expect it to be. The syrup really popped through for me. Smooth and tasty is what I would say. Now if I were a coffee drinker, I might put this in my cup over the weekend. We put it in the refrigerator and let it chill before sampling.
What Did The People Have To Say Who Tried it?
I will not name any names but here are the thoughts of the people I tried it with.
- “Eggos is absolutely amazing. The closest thing I’ve ever come to breakfast in a jar.”
- “I didn’t get the taste as I expected. But it wasn’t bad for a cream liquor.”
- “YUCK”, and couldn’t get the glass from their mouth fast enough.
- “Let’s Do Another!”
Now the Brunch In A Jar is only here for a limited time, so if you want to try it, get to it. Please remember this is an alcoholic drink and contains 20% alcohol by volume. Please drink responsibly and do not drink and drive.
