The Harlem Sons Are On Dub’s Playlist This Week
The Harlem Sons are on Dub’s playlist this week. We say it every week. Anything could be on Dub’s playlist. We’ve done everything from Elvis to Metallica. There’s been 90s country and 90s rock on the playlist. Again, you never know what you’re going to hear. I think thats what makes this feature so unique.
I love listening to all different kinds of music, and I love being able to introduce someone to something they may have never heard before. This week, I definitely think we’re doing just that. We’ve got some local flavor on the playlist this week. There’s been a buzz around these guys for a while now. A lot of people have been telling me about The Harlem Sons, so I thought it was time to do a deep dive into their music.
Of course I’ve seen a lot of their shows on social media. They’ve been playing around the CSRA a lot lately. Sunset Auction House in Thomson, Dirty Boots in Downtown Augusta, they’ve been all over. After listening to their latest album called “The Harlem Sons” I can see why. These guys have got a pretty cool sound!
It’s a good mix of traditional country and Southern rock. It was hard for me to narrow it down to one track for the playlist this week, however I think of all of the songs on the album this one is my favorite.

One of my favorite things about a country concert is dressing up for the occasion. You can pick out an entirely new outfit head to toe or simply add a few last-minute picks to your cart. There are a few obvious items you might gravitate towards such as a cowboy hat or even a jean skirt. However, there are more options out there than you may think. We’re not just talking shirts or boots either. There is an assortment of accessories that are right at your fingertips including sunglasses, bandanas, and so much more.
It doesn’t matter what show you’re going to. It could be a tour to see Luke Combs or Morgan Wallen, or even someone like Shania Twain. No matter what the vibe is usually the same. We all love getting ready to go and enjoying the music together. A perfect country concert outfit comes together when you love what you’re wearing and you feeling like you’re ready to sing your heart out. Trust me, the boots and hats are a ton more satisfying when you love them. I’ve put together this list based on items I love. There is definitely something for everyone on it.
