Dub's Playlist

The Harlem Sons are on Dub's playlist this week. We say it every week. Anything could be on Dub's playlist. We've done everything from Elvis to Metallica. There's been 90s country and 90s rock on the playlist. Again, you never know what you're going to hear. I think thats what makes this feature so unique.

I love listening to all different kinds of music, and I love being able to introduce someone to something they may have never heard before. This week, I definitely think we're doing just that. We've got some local flavor on the playlist this week. There's been a buzz around these guys for a while now. A lot of people have been telling me about The Harlem Sons, so I thought it was time to do a deep dive into their music.

Of course I've seen a lot of their shows on social media. They've been playing around the CSRA a lot lately. Sunset Auction House in Thomson, Dirty Boots in Downtown Augusta, they've been all over. After listening to their latest album called "The Harlem Sons" I can see why. These guys have got a pretty cool sound!

It's a good mix of traditional country and Southern rock. It was hard for me to narrow it down to one track for the playlist this week, however I think of all of the songs on the album this one is my favorite.
