A free concert is coming to Evans on October 29th to benefit Folds of Honor. AB Beverage, the local supplier of Budweiser in the Augusta-Aiken area, is bringing Thompson Square to town to raise money for this wonderful charity, which provides scholarships for children of fallen military heroes.

Mission Statement

Folds of Honor’s mission statement is “Honor Their Sacrifice. Educate Their Legacy.” This short yet powerful statement shows the organization’s dedication to helping the families of those who have fallen in combat. Almost all the money Folds of Honor raises goes directly into scholarships and other educational programs such as private tutoring.

Their logo of a folded flag represents the flags buried with lost soldiers and reminds us of the heavy price of freedom. At the same time, the flag acts as a symbol of hope and freedom to those left behind. With this logo, the organization is constantly inspired to give aid to military families that have lost loved ones.

Know Before You Go

The Mason Jars and Forrest O'Quinn will open the show.

The concert at Lady A Amphitheater is on Sunday, October 29th. Gates open at 3 PM, and will be family-friendly; plus, it's free for everyone.

Thompson Square is the husband-wife team of Keifer and Shana Thompson and is known for their energetic, fun concerts. Their hit, "Are You Gonna Kiss Me Or Not" was a huge song for them, and they have new music out now, too. These guys are great in concert! They even did KICKS 99's Guitar Pull a few years ago.

We'll have food trucks, A chance to win Guitar Pull tickets, music, and some cold beer. Come on out and enjoy the show!
