After waiting what seems like forever, now we know when "Yellowstone" season five will return. That's the good news. The bad news is, it won't be anytime soon. According to Whiskey Riff, the second part of season five will premiere in November of 2024. If you're a fan of the show like I am, you know that the first part of season five ended at the beginning of 2023, and since then everything has been up in the air.

When would the show come back? Would it even come back at all? Is Kevin Costner still going to be involved? These are all questions we've been asking all year long. Now these questions have been answered, and the rumor is that, yes Kevin Costner will be back as John Dutton. There are also two new spinoff shows coming to the "Yellowstone" universe.

The New Shows

One spinoff will be called "1944" and it will premiere after the conclusion of "Yellowstone". Another spinoff show will be called "2024" and it will feature Matthew McConaughey. According to Whiskey Riff, "2024" will debut right after the conclusion of "Yellowstone" and will feature a new cast plus some of the original cast as well.

Also the second, and final season of the "Yellowstone" prequel "1923" will premiere sometime in 2024 as well. So it's safe to say that 2024 is going to be a big year for the "Yellowstone" universe and all of the fans of the show, like myself and a lot of y'all reading this.
