There is a new TikTok food trend that we had to try. Last week in our trending news segment we read that people were putting whipped cream on Pringles. This didn't sound too crazy. As I'm sure you know, there have been some pretty weird food combos that trended on TikTok. Some of which we would never try.

However, Pringles and whipped cream didn't seem like it would be too gross. So we decided to give this trend a try.

What Would It Taste Like?

According to the article we read last week, this is supposedly a good blend of sweet and salty. I'm sure it could get a little out there depending on what flavor of Pringles you used. Cody is a pretty picky eater, so we just used the regular Pringles, the original flavor. That was fine with me by the way, that's usually my go-to flavor.

As we've stated on multiple occasions, Cody is not very adventurous when it comes to food. How would she handle this? Now me on the other hand, I've been eating weird stuff for years on this show. I've eaten nine pound cheeseburgers and any other new food flavor that might be coming out. So I was pretty excited about trying this.

Let me give you some examples of some of the weirder food trends that we didn't try. Neither of us had any desire to try any of these.

  • Watermelon and yellow mustard
  • Pickles and Kool Aid
  • Flamin' Hot Cheetos and ranch dressing
  • Hotdogs and Peanut Butter

This is the video of us trying Pringles and whipped cream live on the show this morning.

Most people would never try these combinations, and here are more foods most people here in the CSRA won't eat.

Foods We Won’t Eat In Augusta- The Top Five

These are the foods we won't eat here in Augusta. We compiled this list from your Facebook comments and phone calls. There was a conversation that was started this morning about food we'd never eat, even if we were starving. Some of these are things we've actually tried, and will never try again. Also some are things we would never even think of trying.

Years ago at Arts In The Heart, my friend dared me to try pig feet. Of course, I'm not one to turn down a dare, so I did it. I can can tell you this, it was the grossest thing I've ever eaten in my life. I will never ever eat those again, I don't care how hungry I might be. When I saw part of the hoof and I was out on that!

Some of the things that didn't make the top five were pickled eggs as well as Vienna sausages. Brussell sprouts and beets also made the list, but fell outside the top five. A few people also said caviar as well. If you'd like to see all of the Facebook comments, just click here

Here is the top five foods we won't eat, based on your calls and Facebook comments. These are in no particular order.

Pig's Feet

Apparently, I wasn't alone. None of y'all wanted these nasty things either.

Liver

There are a bunch of different kinds of liver, and y'all don't want any of them! I've lived 37 years on this planet, and I haven't had liver yet. I'd be happy living another 37 without trying it.

Broccoli

This one surprised me a little bit. Its not my favorite, but I'll eat it. Especially with rice. However it got several votes, so its on the list.

Sardines

I tried these for the first time last year, and I can say it was a one and done! The smell alone was enough for me.

Chitterlings

Chitterlings got the most votes hands down! They should never be consumed by anyone at anytime...EVER!
